What counts as an analysis? +
Each URL submission or .eml file upload counts as one analysis. Re-checking the same URL within your retention window does not count again.
What is Reflow? +
Reflow generates a human-readable explanation of the verdict — plain language that non-technical staff can understand. You can customize the language and tone on Business and Enterprise plans.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing? +
Yes — save 20% with annual billing (2 months free). Toggle the switch above to see annual prices. All annual plans are billed upfront.
What happens if I exceed my analysis limit? +
We'll notify you at 80% usage. Once you hit your limit, additional analyses are billed at $8 each. You can monitor usage in real time from your dashboard.
What is the Priority Queue SLA add-on? +
For $200/mo, your analyses are processed ahead of standard queue. Available on Professional and Business plans; included with Enterprise.
Do I need the Professional plan to use the API? +
API access and email (.eml) ingestion are available on Professional plans and above. Free and Starter plans can submit URLs through the dashboard.
